Privacy Policy

SchoolOS respects the information entrusted to it by schools, staff, students, and families.

Effective August 19, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide SchoolOS, including account details, school and campus information, and the records that an organisation chooses to manage in the platform.

We may also receive technical information such as browser type, device details, log data, and usage information when you access SchoolOS. We collect messages and other details you send when you contact support.

How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve SchoolOS; provide support; process subscriptions; communicate important service updates; and understand how the platform is used.

School organisations control the records they enter into SchoolOS. We process that information on their instructions and do not use student or family records to build advertising profiles.

When information is shared

We share information only when needed to provide the service, comply with the law, protect the security of SchoolOS, or carry out an instruction from the organisation that controls the relevant records.

Service providers may process information on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use access controls, audit trails, secure infrastructure, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we also encourage organisations and users to protect their credentials.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide SchoolOS, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Organisations can contact us about retention and deletion requests.

Your choices and questions

Depending on your relationship with SchoolOS, you may be able to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your information through your school organisation or by contacting us.

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the organisation responsible for the relevant records.
